12th International Conference on Applied System Innovation 2026 (ICASI 2026), Japan, 14-17 April 2026

Important Notice:

• The ORAL presentation time for each presenter is 10 minutes. The session
  chairs should allow the presenter for a 8 minutes presentation and
  leave 2 minutes for discussions (up to 15 slides for oral presentation is
  recommended).
• For POSTER presenrtation, please make a VERTICAL A2 (420mm×594mm) size poster in advance, there are no restrictions on the format. Then bring it to the venue and post it at the designated time and location.
• The corresponding authors attending ICASI 2026 can log in to the submission system and download the Advanced Program (detailed agenda).
• Please prepare a PDF file with VERTICAL A2 size and ONE PAGE for each author who participates in online poster presentation and send it via email address: office.icasi@gmail.com before 10 April 2026.
